Your attention is drawn to the Schools (Discipline) Regulations, 1956 Section 2 sub-Section which ad follows:-
“No head teacher shall be appointed at any time after coming into force of these Regulations without the consent first obtained of the Registrar.”

　　逕啟者：本署茲請台端注意一九五六年學校（紀律）條例第二段第二項所述之條文如次：
　　「在此條例實施之後，學校當局事先須獲得註冊官之同意，始得委定校長。」
　　除上述之委定校長外，教師之聘用，事先亦須獲得本署同意。
